It is scientifically proved that people who maintain their exercise habit had no hear problems and life long. It also helps to reduce stress and resistance fresh all day. But it is also essential that what exercise should do and what diet should be taken. Because everything more than limit is harmful. Before starting daily exercise you should warm your body up and use to do stretching exercise before starting your regular heavy exercise this should help you because many people start exercising without stretching exercise and after it they feel some pain in their body. Exercise should be regular other wise it be no use. Morning walk, jogging, biking, swimming are some exercise which are recommended for your healthy living.

Importance of Leaves

A leaves plays a very important role in the field of Doctrine (Ayurvedic, Homeopathic), Beauty or Skin Care etc.

The most important and good thing is that for discovering leaves we have don’t to take tension or great pain. They are easily found nearby our home sites. This are very effective and beneficial for Skin and Body cares like — Hair, Eyes, Face, Treatment of a Pimples, Black circles and so many internal and externals.

Importance of Leaves Face Care

Take Lemon’s soft leaves and grind it. Took small amount of Turmeric powder and mix it a paste of grinded Lemon leaves. After this put this paste in our face, and let it for dry. After 5 minutes of drying, sponge down it with normal water. It will make a face soft and glow up.
Take Curry Leaves and grind it, then in that mix few drops of Lemon juice, Gilliceren and milk. Then put this paste on face and after 10 minutes wet it.It will glow a face.

Importance of Leaves Eyes Care

Take Pudina leave, grind it and make a paste. Then put it around the eyes site.It will give refresh and make black circles out from the area around the eyes.

Take Dhaniya leaves and put it in water for some time, after that press it. Purify it, and then from this water glow up our eyes. It will give relief from pain in eyes.

Importance of Leaves Treatment of Pimples

Take the leaves of a Neem , boil it and put it in a Freezer. After 1 or 2 days take it,Out and from this water rinse our face from this 4 – 5 times in a week. By the continious use of this method , Pimples and black dots will be clear-up. It works as a very good cleanser on a Oily Skins.
